At MVB STUDIO LIMITED, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refund claims.

Returns & Refunds

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a claim, please email support@mvbstudio.shop with a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will verify the claim and, if necessary, provide a replacement free of charge. Before submitting a claim, we may ask you to confirm the shipping address with the carrier.

Return Address

Our products are fulfilled by Printful. Any returned shipments will be sent to the Printful facility. When a return is received, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If you choose to use a different return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments and additional costs.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Incorrect Address – If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
  • Unclaimed Shipments – If an order is not collected and returned to Printful’s facility, you will be liable for the reshipment cost.

If you do not have an account registered with Printful and a billing method set up, any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be reshipped and will be donated to charity at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our phone cases are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size-related issues. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If an exchange or modification is approved in exceptional cases, additional delivery or processing fees may apply, depending on the product.

EU Consumer Notice: Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to consumer specifications or personalised products.

MVB STUDIO LIMITED reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

How to Submit a Claim

If you need to report a defective or lost item, please email support@mvbstudio.shop with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)
